Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

There are fees associated with missed / no show appointments and these fees are listed below:

Missed appointment fee: A fee totaling 50% of the cost of service will be levied for missed appointments without cancellation notice 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

If you are ill or have some other exceptional circumstance ( i.e. accident, injury, etc. ) please do not come in for treatment and call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

All services require a credit card to guarantee an appointment, so please have your credit card ready when booking your appointment. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show after the 24 hour period. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment and will not be obligated to use their credit card for payment.

Late arrival policy:

All treatment sessions have specific time schedule therefor we regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
